Say Hello!

Independent restaurant group, Tattu, launched its first London site with a special preview dinner on Thursday 7th April to raise money to support the restaurant group's chosen charity partner Only a Pavement Away. Marking the start of an ongoing partnership for the two businesses, the evening successfully raised over £20,000.
Moving away from traditional launch parties, the restaurant group hosted a complimentary preview dinner for local businesses who were invited to experience Tattu London ahead of its official opening on April 8th. Guests were some of the first to enjoy the space and try the new menu, featuring the signature style and contemporary dishes inspired by the flavours and ingredients of modern Chinese cooking, and at the end of the evening were encouraged to donate to the hospitality charity.
Tattu London are proud to partner with Only A Pavement Away who support people facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans into careers in the hospitality industry and will continue the support throughout 2022, including donating £1 from each table booked via Work for Good.
Greg Mangham, Founder & CEO of Only A Pavement Away said: “Only A Pavement Away has the ability to grow and help more people into work. The support of Tattu as a partner will help to advance and achieve our goal. In addition, the generosity of the Team & the Owners Adam & Drew will help to strengthen and secure the team on the ground. Tattu is a great business and one that Only A Pavement Away is proud to be associated and partnered with.”
Tattu Co-founder Adam Jones commented: “We are really grateful for the support our guests provided for this great cause. At Tattu we have made a commitment to work directly with local homeless charities to help tackle this very real issue that exists in every city we operate. We will be working closely with Only A Pavement Away on an ongoing basis and will do all we can to support them in helping those that are vulnerable and in need.”
Sitting proudly in the heart of central London, a stone’s throw from Denmark Street, the new restaurant is the group's fifth location, and boasts unrivalled views over the West End. Tattu London offers an elevated concept, with a new menu developed by Executive Chef Andrew Lasseter, and a striking interior designed by Joyce Wang and her award-winning international design practice, based in London and Hong Kong.
