This summer we hosted our very first Cook Off competition!

We shone a light on the true spirit of hospitality, with teams from across the industry coming together to compete in a fast-paced, fun-filled, inspiring competition to recreate dishes designed by our patron and Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens.

With teams made up of leading figures from across the sector, some of which have rarely held a pan (!), this event highlighted that with the right people and attitude, in hospitality anything is possible! From kitchen calamities to equipment chaos, our teams worked together to support, encourage and cook up a storm! 

The dishes were judged by Tom Aikens, alongside celebrity chef Nathaniel Morley (also known as Natty Can Cook), and our very own Greg Mangham!
