The morning session reflected on our achievements to date and outlined our vision and financial needs for the next 3-5 years. The agenda covered key areas, such as our strategies for employment, the impact of events and campaigns, and building the brand, along with updates on our progress in ESG initiatives, and the Data Warehouse project.

The afternoon session consisted of various activities, panels, and interviews, focused on sharing insights and best practices in our mission to support people at risk of homelessness & anyone facing barriers to employment outside of their control.

Since 2018, we have successfully placed over 650 individuals into employment, and we are committed to enhancing this impact as we continue to scale across the UK. Our goal is to become the leading charity dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.
