The Only A Pavement Away Annual Conference will bring together leaders from across the hospitality and charity industries to explore the charity’s impact in creating pathways to employment.

The morning session will highlight our achievements to date and outline our vision and financial needs for the next 3–5 years. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and interviews with industry experts, the agenda will cover key themes such as homelessness, employment strategies, social impact, events and campaigns, and the many ways to support Only A Pavement Away.

The afternoon session will bring together industry voices through a mix of activities, panel discussions and interviews, sharing insights and best practices that advance our mission to help people rebuild their lives through hospitality, while showcasing how collaboration can drive lasting social change.

Since 2018, we have successfully placed over 800 people into employment and supported nearly 5,000 individuals through tailored learning & development and employment opportunities. We are committed to enhancing this impact as we continue to scale across the UK. Our vision is to be the go-to charity for rebuilding lives through employment across the hospitality sector, and with your support, we hope to reach our goal of supporting 5,000 individuals each year by 2030.
