The Breakthrough & Beyond Conference.

We are delighted to return to the Strand Palace Hotel in London again for our annual conference, and are very grateful to them, and to our event sponsors Greene King and Caterer, and our supporters Asahi and Britvic, for their support on this event.
The morning session of this year’s conference will reflect on our achievements to date and outline our vision and financial needs for the next 3-5 years. The agenda will cover key areas, such as our strategies for employment, marketing, fundraising, and events, along with updates on our progress in ESG initiatives, and the Data Warehouse project.
The afternoon session will consist of different activities, panels, and interviews, focusing on sharing insights and best practices in our mission to support people looking to rebuild their lives through employment opportunities in hospitality.
Since 2018, we have successfully placed over 600 individuals into employment, and we are committed to enhancing this impact as we continue to scale across the UK. Our goal is to become the leading charity dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through stable employment opportunities in hospitality.
