Just Giving - Hiking Against Homelessness Team 2022
From London Euston there is a direct train that takes approx. 3hrs and arrives into the main station of Bangor. From here it is about a 20-25 minute journey to the hostel, either via car shares or we can arrange a mini-bus service for a small additional fee.
The Rocks at Plas Curig Hostel
We aim to hire this hostel exclusively for our event, however this will be dependent on the number of entrants.
On site parking is available for 20 cars. There are also nearby car parks free of charge within a 5 minute walk.
Linen included but towels are not, however, they can be hired for £2 from reception.
Participant to guide ratio will be between 1:8 and 1:12
The selected company will have public liability insurance and guides are first aid trained.
Route still to be confirmed but please see illustration below for potential route options. For reference, the hostel is closest to Pen-y-Pass, however, there is a direct bus route from our accommodation that gives us access to the other hiking routes, giving us lots of flexibility in the route we choose.
